Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Philips Healthcare, A Division of PENAC. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Healthcare, A Division of PENAC for the labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration and repairs of the Allura FD10 and FD20 equipment at the Columbia VA Medical Center, 800 Hospital Drive, Columbia, MO 65201. This agreement is for a one year base and two option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
