- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ is looking to procure 92 each Hardigg Accessory Cases, P/N AL-40180-1003 for the H-60 PSE Program. These cases are being used to hold specialized tooling for 0-level maintenance for the H-60 Program. The Government will accept Brand Name or Equal if the items are equivalent in form, fit, and function. NAVAIRSYSCOM drawing 321AS791 Rev: A is provided for information only. Notes: -1, -7, -8, -10, -12, and -15 apply. Drawing is available under separate cover via email. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. Required delivery is thirty (30) days after receipt of award. Packaging/Preservation shall be Best Commercial Practice that assures no damage to subject details in shipment. The Government will accept Brand Name or Equal if the items are equivalent in form, fit, and function. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; this announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) Database. The internet website is http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil/ccringq or www.ccr.gov. It is mandatory to register with the CCR as your Duns Number(Data Universal Numbering System) and your CAGE (Commercial and Government Entity) code will be required to conduct business with the Department of Defense. In addition, all invoices will be electronically submitted in the Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF); information available in Clause 252,232-7003. Additional information required: Cage Code, Duns Number, Tax ID Number, Payment Terms, Delivery schedule, Delivery charges if applicable, GSA contract number if applicable, Business size, and Email address.
