- This notice is being issued for Market Research into potential sources capable of providing basic cable television (BCTV) to Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras. This is only being issued for market Research and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and all information received will be for planning purposes only. The Army does not intend to award a contract on the basis of your responses, or otherwise pay for the preparation of any information presented, or the use of any such information. All proprietary information should be marked as such. Please provide a WRITTEN EMAIL response with attached documentation that shows your capabilities to provide the services No Later Than 1 February 2012 to Berilda.medina.hn@jtfb.southcom.mil and Shellie.murphy@jtfb.southcom.mil. If you are not interested, please provide a response to convey the same. Interested sources may view the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), attached to this notice, which provides a detailed description of the required support services.
