- Training, Independent Quality Assurance, and Content Development Sources Sought Notice This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and capability of small businesses. In order to be deemed capable, an entity must demonstrate the ability to provide training, independent quality assurance and content to customer service representatives (CSRs) at the 1-800-MEDICARE Beneficiary Contact Center (BCC). The purpose of developing this material/content is to aid the CSRs when responding to inquiries in a manner that is complete, accurate and consistent to ensure quality interactions occur with Medicare beneficiaries, their families and caregivers across multiple access channels (e.g. telephone, written correspondence, email, web chat, etc.). CMS requires that information being provided to beneficiaries is accurate, understandable, in plain language and consistent across all channels of communication.
