- NOTICE: AMENDMENT # 1 IS BEING ISSUED TO INFORM INTERESTED VENDORS THAT THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE FLOOR PLAN, SOW, AND POSSIBLY OTHER DOCUMENTS PROVIDED IN THE SOLICITATION. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE REVISED DOCUMENT(S) WILL BE POSTED TO THE SOLICITATION BY JANUARY 25, 2012 VIA AN AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION. ************************************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54, effective December 2, 2011. This acquisition is being conducted as full and open competition on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is 561621. A list of the contract line item, quantity, unit of measure, the description of the requirement, date, and place of performance are identified in a separate document listed as IRS Quotation Sheet. Provisions and clauses at 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 and addenda to these provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition and are identified in Section 6 of the RFQ.
