Due to an adjustment in the Government's requirement, Pre-Solicitation Number L11PS00099 for the BLM Ely Seed Warehouse Construction requirement is hereby cancelled. The Site Visit scheduled for 01/31/2012, is also cancelled. A new Pre-Solicitation Notice will be posted under the same Solicitation Number when the requirement is ready for procurement. Information regarding the new Pre-Proposal Site Vist will be contained in the new Pre-Solicitation Notice.
