- Sample Pictures This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for a new 15 passenger conversion van with options Item 1: 15 passenger conversion van with custom options Brand new 15 pax conversion van (Seating for 7 once converted) with either Gas or Diesel engine. Vehicle must meet or exceed a middle level option package, to include all basic options with power windows,locks, leather, wood grain. Must include the following: Rear Air & Heat Color Tan or AF Blue Wrap Around Ground Effects Sport Roof (HI TOP) Quick release Leather Captain Chairs Leather Power Sliding Rear Sofa Indirect Lighting package HI Def LCD TV sys up to 26" with Mobile DVD Aux 12 Volt power outlets min 2 Shades on all windows Factory AM/FM radio & CD Assist handled Cargo Doors One Piece carpet with closed cell foam floor for insulation and Noise resistance backlit control panel for all interior lighting Rear storage compartment for the tire, jack and lug wrench Covered Wheel covers Full running boards See attachment for sample photos. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F2D0AG012A001. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) http://www.bpn.gov/. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE for North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 336111 and business size standard not to exceed 500 employees. The following provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; : Offers may be submitted via electronic mail. Submit signed and dated offer at or before 0900 MST, 24 FEB 2012. Send offer via electronic mail to david.decker@hill.af.mil. Offer must be valid for 60 days or more. Submit quotations on company letterhead or pricing document. Quotes must include as a minimum: a) company contact information, b) price breakout for the requested line items, c) CAGE Code (from CCR registration), and d) any other information relevant to the proposal. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote without discussions.
