- Sole Source Letter for the for the SharePoint Shepherd's Guide for End Users tool with Wiki Format requirement. The proposed contract action is for products for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Availtek, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The specific requirement is for the SharePoint Shepherd's Guide for End Users tool with Wiki Format. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. However, all quotes received by 25 January 2012, 08:00 am MST, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Sole Source is based upon no other known vendors capable of providing a SharePoint Guide in the format required. See requirement description identified in the attached sole source letter.
