- NSN 3110-00-356-5723, Bearing, Ball, Annular. The approved sources are New Hampshire Ball Bearings Incorporated, CAGE 83086, P/N 4063875 and FAG Aerospace Incorporated, CAGE 26069, P/N 4077345. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 112 days after receipt of order. Critical Safety Item. Critical Application Item. Source Control Item. Configuration Control applies. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 8616 each for the base and each option year. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is February 2, 2012. The date is subject to change. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil), select 'Request for Proposal (RFP)' under the Solicitations heading.
