Description

Window and Power washing for VA Puget Sound Health Care System, at the Seattle VAMC and the American Lake VAMC. Services will be performed once per year at alternating facilities. First year will be at the Seattle campus, second year will be at the Tacoma campus, third year Seattle, etc. While scaffolding is up a sign on building 100 in Seattle will be required to be repainted. Site Visit will be conducted on January 31, 2012 @ 9:00am in Seattle and @ 1400 in American Lake. Clean all windows at Seattle Campus which should included the "Fisher House(36)", inside and out, hand clean the exterior of Building 100 at SEA, and pressure wash the exterior of Building 1,7,8,11,12,13,16, 18,20,22,23,24,25,31,33,34,and 35 at Sea. The "Fisher House" exterior should be clean as is appropriate for the exterior of the Fisher House. Repaint the Sign on Bldg 100. The cleaning of the windows at American Lake Campus which would include buildings 2,3,4,5,6,7,8, 16,17,18,61,62,71,81,85,111,132,143,148 CLC(200)and Residential Quarters. Solicitations will be available January 20, 2012. Bids will be due back on or about February 20, 2012. SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
