- Description
- The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground is seeking sources for Repair and Return Management Services for active and inactive components of, at a minimum, the end items listed in Attachment 1, owned by Army Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The contract will be for one year with 2 option years. Contractor must be able to begin performing this effort within 30 days of contract award. Contractor will schedule depot level repairs or modifications of standard and non-standard components at Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair facilities. Delivery orders will be established for each individual FMS customer. The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) or the FMS customer's freight forwarder will receive, and transship the FMS components to the repair facility and back to country. Certificates of Conformance must be provided by the repair facilities. Contractor must be able to accept a single item as well as multiple like items for repair. A database must be established by delivery order for the monitoring and financial administration of individual repairs and the entire repair program. The database must provide the repair facility, estimated repair lead times, estimated costs, date of receipt at repair facility and date of completion. The entire database will be available to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (KO). Designated representatives for each country program will have restricted access to the database with visibility of just their individual program information. Monthly status reports will be provided to the KO and COR with detailed repair and financial status of all items and delivery orders. Billing will be by delivery order through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Interested contractors shall electronically submit their company information, business size, and a capability statement delineating the ability to perform the requirement.
