- ERDC Contracting Office intends to issue an award on a sole source basis under the authority of Far Part 13.106 to SIRSI CORPORATION DBA SIRSIDYNIX, 400 WEST DYNIX DRIVE, PROVO, UT 84604-5650. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)-only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Engineer Research and Development Center's (ERDC) Library has a requirement to purchase electronic access to Portfolio, Enterprise and SaaS Webhosted ILS. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities to supply electronic access to Portfolio, Enterprise and SaaS Webhosted ILS in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 12:00 p.m. CST on 27 January 2012. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit any information for consideration by the Government to adrienne.y.bingham@usace.army.mil with solicitation number referenced in the subject line.
