- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the US Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) for Solicitation W52P1J-12-R-0067; which serves as notification to industry for the forthcoming procurement of Hotel Accommodations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). This notice does not constitute a solicitation for proposals. The Government intends to issue Solicitation W52P1J-12-R-0067 in the in support of the US Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC), 831st Transportation Support Battalion (TSB) requirements for Hotel Accommodations in Dubai, UAE. The place of performance will be in Jumeirah Area only. In the event of room non-availability particularly during peak seasons, contractor shall provide optional hotel accommodation from different locations within U.A.E to be determined by the COR personnel. Pricing is per accommodation type: standard single room, 2-bedroom suite, and 3-bedroom suite. All accommodations shall be fully furnished, clean and in good repair, and shall include as a minimum the following services: Daily housekeeping services, all utilities, including water and electricity, cable or satellite television equipment and service to include multiple English-speaking channels, 24-hour on-call maintenance service with translator available for potential language barrier, 24-hour security (controlled access), daily clean linen, free use of all common use amenities (e.g. health club, swimming pool, activity hall were available) The anticipated date for release of the solicitation is on/or about 02 February 2012. Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 5.204, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation shall be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access FedBizOpps to obtain the solicitation and any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same.
