Description

RFP FOR CRISIS LEADERSHIP COURSE The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to solicit proposals for the design, development, and delivery of a one-week crisis leadership course for senior level public sector managers and executives in the skills, knowledge and insights required for them to lead groups and organizations successfully through times of crisis. The seminar is part of the curriculum provided by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Federal Management and Leadership Institute (FMLI), formerly known as the Management Development Centers. The course will be offered residentially at both FMLI locations and potentially on the road in a variety of regional and agency-specific settings across the United States. AWARD IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED RFP DOCUMENT. QUESTIONS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 3:00 PM EST ON MONDAY, JANUARY 23, 2012. RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 12:00 PM (NOON) EST ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2012. ONLY COMPLETE PACKAGES RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE WILL BE EVALUATED.
