- Several benchmarks have been withdrawn and two have been revised since the last amendment. No orders have been added. The revised benchmarks not previously provided are posted to FBO.gov. Please use the attached spreadsheet Sep 2011 Vendor Consolidation Spreadsheet.xls to record and submit your offers. The Instructions to Offerors is included again for your reference. When a conflict arises between the station or location on the spreadsheet and the station or location on the quote, use the station/location on the quote. Sometimes funding for an order is received from the VISN but the equipment is delivered to a different location. Once again, use the station / delivery location on the quote when there is a conflict. The schedule has not changed.
