- The Regional Contracts Department, Seal Beach division, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego intends to solicit a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantitiy (IDIQ) contract for commercial base telephone switch services and maintenance for Naval Air Station (NAS) Lemoore, CA, utilizing procedures using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of commercial items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be date of award through 30 September 2012 with two one year options. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811213 and the Small Business Size Stand is $10M. This procurent will be unrestriced. This solicitation N0024412R0008 was previously posted under N0024411R0032. Solicitation N0024412R0008 can be viewed electronically by downloading the documents at the federal Business Opportunities website, https://www.fbo.gov, and the NECO website, https://www.neco.navy.mil. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy soliciations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
