- Attachments SF-1449 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; find attachment below. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this solicitation is to obtain proposals for tree planting on approximately 160 acres in the Bradfield and Narraguinnep units on the Dolores Ranger District. The purpose of planting is to return the area to forest cover after fires burned approximately 9000 acres in the summer of 2009. The project areas are both on the San Juan National Forest in southwest Colorado. This solicitation is Set-Aside for 100% Small Business. The NAICS code for this project is 115310 and the small business size standard is $7 Million. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database located at http://www.ccr.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must complete electronic representations and certifications at the ORCA database located at http://orca.bpn.gov. Offerors must include response to all evaluation criteria to be considered. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis and is only available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. Please locate and refer to Request for Proposal attached to this announcement. Proposals are due NTL 1300 hrs (local time) on February 9th, 2012.
