- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Newport News Delineated Area: Newport News, Virginia Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,955 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,955 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 122 Parking Spaces (Surface): 122 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 1 year Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: M ust be ready for occupancy by April 26, 2012. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. The Government presently occupies 35,955 ABOA Office Area square feet of space at 11817 Canon Boulevard in Newport News, Virginia. The Government is evaluating a Renewal Option and will consider relocation if economically advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving from the existing location, alterations, etc., when deciding whether it should relocate.
