Description
Government Seeks to Lease 3,500 RSF of Space in Monticello, IL Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Piatt County, Monticello, Illinois is interested in leasing approximately 3,500 rentable square feet together with 25 on-site paved parking spaces in a lot under Lessor’s control with space for pull thru trucks and trailers. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3,200 ANSI/BOMA Office space to a maximum of 3,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of contiguous first class, high quality office space. The lease term not to exceed 10 years. Preference will be given to first floor space. The Government Will Not Pay For Any Costs Incurred As A Result Of This Advertisement. DELINEATED AREA: The area to be considered must be within or fronting the boundaries of E 1900 N Road on the North; E 1200 N Road on the South; N 700 E Road, Allerton Road, South Allerton Road, N.W. Union Street, Timberview Lane, Railroad Street, West bridge Street, Interstate 72, E 1900 N Road on the West and N 1300 E Road on the east in the community of Monticello, IL.. This space must have easy access to primary roads. See attachment for delineated map. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready by August 1, 2012 or three(3) months after lease award which ever is later. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address, and location of space in the building. 2. Amount of square feet available (Rentable and ANSI/BOMA Office Space). 3. Contact Information for Owner or Authorized Agent and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
