- PR 0041404424 Request for Proposal SPM4A6-12-R-0483 to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 3086 each for NSN 5855-01-519-4171, Lens Assembly, Focus. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside under the terms of Full and Open Competition with the exclusion of sources. The following terms apply: Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Surge and Sustainment is not applicable. The required delivery is 147 days ARO. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Certified Cost and Price Data will not be required as competitive acquisitions are a valid exception cited in FAR 15.403-1. A Subcontracting Plan will not be required as this solicitation is a 100%Small Business Set-Aside, an exception granted under FAR 19.702 (a)(1).. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. The solicitation will be issued on 01 February 2012 with a closing date of 01 March 2012. A copy of the Solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the same issue date cited above.
