- SOLICITATION: SPM4A6-12-R-0116; NSN 6685-00-63-2506; PR: IQC11250009037; ITEM: Thermostat, Overheat; IAW PSG Controls, Inc. (CAGE 18509), part number 5-09307. This DLA direct procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 15 each for the base year only. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 60 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 60 each. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis (Other Than Full and Open Competition). Required delivery is 41 days After Date of Order. FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
