- This pre-solicitation notice is for Lodging, Meals, and Meeting Rooms in King of Prussia Pennsylvania within a fifteen mile radius of the Philadelphia International Airport. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 02-04 March 2012. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials as noted in the solicitation. Specifics requirements are 130 lodging rooms, 210 hot lunch meals, 10 meeting rooms and an audio visual package. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 721110 and a size standard of $30 Million. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable. The proposed solicitation number will be W911S1-12-T-0043. The solicitation will be posted on or about 12 January 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. Basis of Award: Award will be to a single offeror. Award will be based on best value which represents the lowest priced offer meeting technical specifications. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate NAICS.
