- RFP FOR EFFECTIVE WRITING COURSE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND RESPOND ACCORDINGLY The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to solicit proposals for the design, development, and delivery of a writing seminar targeted at the GS-12 to GS-15 level of public service leaders in the Federal government to improve their writing skills and potential. The seminar is part of the curriculum provided by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Federal Management and Leadership Institute (FMLI), formerly known as the Management Development Centers. The Government's requirements are further described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Key Results/Objectives for Modules, Attachments 1 and 2 of the RFP. AWARD IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. QUESTIONS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 12:00 PM EST ON 1/20/12 AND RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 12:00 PM EST ON 1/27/12. PLEASE READ ATTACHED RFP CAREFULLY. ONLY COMPLETE PROPOSALS RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
