Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Panama City North: West 23rd to St. Andrews Blvd to Baldwin Road South: Hwy 98 (Florida 30) to Beach Drive to 4th street to Hwy 98 East: Hwy 98 (North Tyndall Pkwy) to Hwy 77 (North Cove Blvd) West: Hwy 98 (West Beach Drive) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 945 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be made to meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): • Building name/address. • Legal property description and property identification numbers (PIN). • Location of space in the building and date it will be available. • ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. • Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact. • In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement. • Permission to represent mutiple owners for the same submission. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative UGL Services Equis Operations.
