Description
Military Tactical Training Support Services The Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, FL is currently seeking service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses for Solicitation Number N68836-12-R-0015 to obtain support services for the First Naval Construction Division (1NCD) and its subordinate units. Task involves providing instructions in Basic Combat Skills Level 1 & 2, Fire Team Leader Course, Squad Leaders Course, Convoy Security, Urban Skills, IED, Blue Force Tracker, Officer and Chief Course and various Weapons employment courses, Counter Improvised Explosive Device Courses, and Combat Operations Center Communications Courses to include: Combat Post of the Future (CPOF), and Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC). Contractor personnel shall provide classroom and field training instructions, evaluate students, and perform Range Coach functions during Live Fire training evolutions required for various types of weapons. This procurement will be a 100% Set-Aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and competition will be limited to qualified small businesses only. The NAICS classification code for this procurement is 611699. The FSC code is U013. The small business size standard is $7.0M. The anticipated award from this action will be a Firm Fixed price contract. The successful offeror must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, with a valid DUNS number, prior to contract award. Offerors not already registered in the CCR database are highly encouraged to do so by calling 1 (888) 227-2423, or via internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Failure to register in the DOD CCR database may render the successful offeror ineligible for award. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about February 06, 2012 at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. The basis of award will be lowest price technically acceptable.
