- RIA-JMTC has a need to purchase SILICA SAND, AFS, 50 GRAIN FINENESS for use by our Foundry. FOB: DESTINATION, deliveries to be made on an on call basis, as needed. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses. NAICS: 212322. All inquires must be in writing to the listed Contract Specialist for this procurement: Cathy Mueller, e-mail: cathy.g.mueller.civ@army.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted. Complete details will be provided upon release of the solicitation on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may down load it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://acquisition.army.mil. Approximate issue date is 17 Jan 2012. All dates and information are subject to change.
