- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) to MTS Systems Corporation, 14000 Technology Drive, Eden Prairie, MN, 55344-2247. The contractor shall provide labor and material to accomplish on-call periodic maintenance and calibration and emergency remedial service of existing RWS load cell/wheel transducers. The equipment uses MTS Systems Corporation intellectual and proprietary property not available to other contractors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811310 and the size standard is $7.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, January 23, 2012.
