- DISA Information Technology Enterprise Support Services The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking to obtain market research from ISO 20000 Certified vendors that will assist the Government in understanding the capabilities available in the IT services industry and inform the development of a way-ahead for DISA to obtain IT Support Services for its internal global IT enterprise. Additionally, the market research will assist the Government in determining how small business could fit into DISA's acquisition strategy. Please see the attached Request for Information (RFI) for additional information. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. There is no bid package or solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. Please refer all questions/comments to the Contract Specialist, Mr. Christopher Gray, christopher.gray@disa.mil no later than 6 October 2011. The Contracting Officer, Mr. Shannon Frank, edward.frank@disa.mil shall be copied on all correspondence. FedBizOpps will be the sole repository for all information related to this RFI. Vendor questions and Government responses will be posted to FedBizOpps. No questions will be addressed via oral communication. The Government anticipates release of a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2012. The requirement will be Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources IAW FAR 6.204 (i.e. 8(a) set-aside)) under NAICS code 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services.
