- I. OVERVIEW: The purpose of this amendment, Amendment No. 001 is to amend the solicitation as follows: A. Section II entitled, "Statement of Need" is amended as follows: FROM: "....Two (2) Ultrasonic Flow Meters with the following specifications and a service technician to assist in product startup, programming, calibration and training of personnel on-site. BEP WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTLLATION...." TO: "....Two (2) Ultrasonic Flow Meters to mount on 20 inch and 16 inch chilled water pipe. The transducers for 20 inch and16 inch pipes must be able to span 75 feet and 50 feet respectively from the permanently installed electronic panels with the following specifications and a service technician to assist in product startup, programming, calibration and training of personnel on-site. BEP WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTLLATION...." B. Section V entitled, "Due Date" is amended as follows: FROM: "Responses are due no later than 3:00 P.M. ET August 19, 2012 and will be accepted either via fax at 202-874-2200 or by e-mail sent to casey.meng@bep.gov." TO: "Responses are due no later than 3:00 P.M. ET January 23, 2012 and will be accepted either via fax at 202-874-2200 or by e-mail sent to casey.meng@bep.gov." All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
