- clauses Please provide the following information RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number AG6538S12AA23 is issued as a request for quotations and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-32. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 325414. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Meat Animal Research Center (MARC), Clay Center, Nebraska, requires veterinary vaccines. This acquisition is being conducted on a commercial items best value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, delivery, technical characteristics and past performance.
