IQC11362009015; NSN 1560-01-103-5278; Indefinite Quantity Contract for 1 Base Year with 4 option years; 100% Small Business Set-Aside; Fitting, Wing Joint; Critical Application Item; Air Force Critical Safety Item: Configuration Control Applies; Export Control Applies; Electronic Government Mylar Applies; Government First Article Test Applies; Estimated annual demand of 24 units (See solicitation for additional details); Inspection/Acceptance at Origin; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested delivery for First Article is 210 days after receipt of order; Requested delivery for Final Production units is 210 days after First Article approval or 210 days after receipt of order with a First Article waiver; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Progress Payments are offered as the conditions at FAR 32.5 have been met; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in this synopsis.
