- MICC - Fort Stewart, GA has a requirement to construct an outdoor recreational facility at Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), in Savannah, GA. The work covered by this contract consists of furnishing all parts, labor, materials and performing all operations required to construct an outdoor recreational facility in accordance with specifications and drawings. This requirement is set-aside 100% for HUB-Zone businesses. The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business standard is $33.5 Million. All equipment provided must be in accordance with and in compliance with the statement of work. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This solicitation (W9124M-12-B-0002) is subject to availability of funds. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the soliciation package and any amendments. All bidders must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR). No hard-copy version of this solicitation with be made available. The anticipated posting of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be on or about 02-FEB-2012. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation.
