- ****THIS "COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION" WAS POSTED IN ERROR. WILL RE-POST AS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE.**** This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) has a requirement for computer hardware (laptop, tablet, and desktop). The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Solicitation No. FA8630-12-R-5006 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423430. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 23 JAN 12 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals should be submitted via e-mail to eric.johnson4@wpafb.af.mil. NO HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Anticipated award date will be on or around 30 Jan 12.
