- A five-year (one base year and four one-year option years) firm-fixed price performance-based task order for Global Support Strategy for Visa Services - Central America. The following primary objectives apply to this task order: Objective 1: Launch a regional GSS program for Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, and Nicaragua no less than ninety (90) calendar days after award and no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after award. Objective 2: Provide service package two, which includes information services, appointment services, fee collection services, document delivery services, and greeter services for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. Optional Objective 1: As part of document delivery services, if not already incorporated into the contractor's GSS solution for El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Panama, the contractor shall offer delivery to a location of the customer's choice (i.e., home, office, etc.)
