- Expressions of Interest Sought Succeeding Lease - Harrisburg, Illinois The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Harrisburg, Illinois. The Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,800 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,200 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is a maximum of 10 years not to exceed September 30, 2021. The space must be available for occupancy three (3) months after award. The delineated area for the Saline County, Harrisburg, IL USDA Service Center is within or fronting the following boundaries: -North: beginning at the intersection of Lewis Rd & Dorris Heights Rd, head East to the intersection of Dorris Heights & Small St. -East: beginning at the intersection of Dorris Heights & Small, head Southeast to Commercial St,head Southwest to Rt 13, head East to Shawnee Hills, head South to Water-Hole Rd, then head South to the intersection of Water-Hole & Ingram Hill Rd. -South: beginning at the intersection of Water-Hole & Ingram Hill, head West to Rt 34/145, head North to Ron Morse Dr, head West to W Barnett St, then head West to the intersection of W Barnett & Liberty Rd. -West: beginning at the intersection of W Barnett & Liberty, head North to McHaney Rd, head East to Lovers Ln, head North to Rt 13, head Northeast to W Poplar St, head West to Lewis Rd, then head North to the intersection of Lewis & Dorris Heights Rd. Other applicable requirements include: • 25 on site hard surface parking spaces • Specific Information Technology requirements The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Method of rentable space measurement. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of building services provided. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
