Description

VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS), Ft. Wayne, IN has a need for radiation/oncology services. The services shall be provided at the VA NIHCS 2121 Lake Ave, Ft. Wayne, IN and off site at the contractor facility. The contract period will be for one (1) year from contract award with four (4) one year renewal options, if exercised. NAICS Code 622110 applies with a size standard of $34.5 million. This procurement will be conducted under FAR parts 12 & 15. The solicitation document shall be available on or after Wednesday, February 01, 2012. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to craig.jenkins@va.gov.
