- PR# 0043485024, Anticipated ISSUE DATE 2-6-12/CLOSING DATE 3-6-12 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 91 each for stock of NSN 1670-01-172-9251, Drogue Assembly. Item Description is in accordance with P/N 12632-1. Approved Sources for this NSN are AMI Industries Inc. dba Aircraft Interior Products, Cage 31218. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted acquisition, with the intention of awarding a definite quantity contract. This solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. This item is configuration controlled and a critical application item. There is a First Article Test requirement as well as a Production Lot Test requirement for this NSN. The item has a Type 1 shelf life of 102 months. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. PRLI0001, QTY 91 each ship to Defense Depot Susquehanna, PA 17070 The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, delivery of production quantities is requested to be 420 days ARO (including FAT, PLT, and Evaluation) or best attainable. There is a Technical Data Package for this NSN. Electronic offers are not acceptable. A paper copy of this solicitation will be available to requestors.
