IMPORTANT NOTICE: The solicitation number for this requirement has been changed from SPM1C1-11-R-0102 to SPM1C1-12-R-0048. This change was implemented so that the solicitation number would reflect the correct fiscal year, which is 2012. Please make certain offers reference the correct solicitation number, which is SPM1C1-12-R-0048. Offers will not be accepted for solicitation SPM1C1-11-R-0102 since that solicitation number is no longer valid. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Combat Vehicle Crewman's Gloves (CVC Gloves), NSN 8415-01-074-9428(s), are hereby added to this requirement. The CVC Gloves are to be made in accordance with specification MIL-G-44108. Total order quantities for each contract term will be a minimum quantity of 474 pairs, annual estimated quantity of 1,896 pairs, and annual order limitation quantity of 2,370 pairs. Note that these quantities of CVC Gloves are in addition to the quantities of Summer Flyer's Gloves and the total quantity of CVC Gloves will be awarded to only one of the 50% portions. The combined total of Summer Flyers Gloves and CVC Gloves is for a minimum quantity of 65,586 pairs per year, annual estimated quantity of 262,344 pairs per year, and an annual order limitation quantity of 327,930 pairs per year. Deliveries will start 180 days after the date of award/order to anywhere within the continental United States, FOB Destination. Inspection and acceptance at origin. Please note that ALL materials used in the fabrication of this item shall be furnished by the successful offeror. This solicitation contains DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the United States. The Defense appropriations and authorization acts and other statutes (including what is commonly referred to as "The Berry Amendment") impose restrictions on the DoD's acquisition of foreign products and services. Generally, Clothing and Textile items (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7012) and "specialty metals" (as defined in DFARS clause 252.225-7014), including the materials and components thereof (other than sensors, electronics, or other items added to, and not normally associated with clothing), must be grown, reprocessed, reused, melted or produced in the United States, its possessions or Puerto Rico, unless one of the DFARS 225.7002-2 exceptions applies.
