- 1. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete the required janitorial services, in accordance with the attached specifications, for the following buildings on the Emigrant Creek Ranger District compound office buildings, steps and walkways as specified below. Services shall be provided between the hours of 6:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. 2. PROJECT LOCATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS The buildings are located at the Emigrant Creek Ranger District Compound, 265 Hwy 20 South, Hines, Oregon. Buildings include: Building numbers as shown on the Emigrant Creek District Compound Map, 2004, 2104, 2008 and 2009. The Government is not responsible for any error or variation in the square footage listed, nor will the Contractor, because of any error or variation in the square footage listed, be relieved of his/her responsibility to carry out the contract in accordance with the true intent and meaning of the specifications and there shall be no additional cost to the Government based solely on an error or variation in the square footage or other similar miscalculations listed. The descriptions below are the areas that are intended to be covered by the resultant contract. The solicitation will be electronically posted on or around January 26, 2012.
