- This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the Installation, Training and Support of ROK/DeFAC Super Critical Water Oxidation System (SCWO). Due to the unique and proprietary nature of this service, only one qualified supplier, General Atomics of San Diego, CA, is capable of providing this service. Any purchase order will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item.
