- This is a Small Business Set-Aside. The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee WA has a requirement for a Brake lining. For a copy of the solicitation go to the website www.fedbizopps.gov and download Solicitation R12PS17193. If bidding via the website, you MUST enter the brand name and part number you will be supplying into the comment section. If bidding other than specified, include enough literature for our evaluation team to determine if it meets the criteria to be considered acceptable as a replacement.
