- JOFOC FOR LES INSURANCE SERVICES FOR USEMB ANTANANARIVO JUSTIFICATION AND APPROVAL FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN CONPETITION (OVERSEAS CONTRCTING ACTIVITIES) BRIDGE CONTRACT FOR LES INSURANCE PLAN FOR 12 MONTH FOR THE AMERICAN EMBASSY ANTANANARIVO This is to recommend that the U.S. Embassy Antananarivo, Madagascar, uses other than full and open competition for the acquisition of the Health Insurance Services for the Locally Engaged Staff (LES). This is a follow-on contract. This LES Health Insurance contract is a bridge extension starting five years and six months after the effective date of the current contract and continuing for a period of six months from February 10, 2012, with three two-month renewal options.
