- iPADS Solicitation Attachment JOFOC for iPADS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue a purchase order resulting from the quotation. A contract will be established when the supplier accepts the offer. The solicitation number is OPM26-12-T-0010; this solicitation is a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 effective 3 January 2012; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 with a business size standard is 1000 employees.
