- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO JANUARY 18, 2012. THE CLOSING DATE IS FEBRUARY 19, 2012. LTC RA11313006, NSN 1560-01-119-7631, WINDOW PANEL, AIRCRAFT. Manufacture in accordance with Dwg 70216-01000 Rev "L" dtd 4Aug99 & AMCOM, CAGE 81996, Procurement package 70216-01000 Rev "C" dtd 21Nov05; P/N 70216-01000-042. Bidset information is available on the Internet via http: //RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. The estimated annual demand quantity is 528 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 132 each for the base period only. The contract maximum quantity is 3960 each over the life of the contract for the base and option periods combined. This acquisition is set-aside exclusively for 100% Small Business participation. Required production lead-time is 104 days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. First Article Contractor testing required. Government Fit Verification testing required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Export Control Certification required. An electronic Mylar is included in the bidset. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
