- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3441269A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54 effective 2 Nov 2011, Defense DCN 20111220, and AFAC 2011-0714 effective 14 Jul 2011. This acquisition is for RETROFIT BOILER SERVICES.; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562211. The business size standard is $12.5M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is F108. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4953. The requirements are as follows: This requirement is for pickup and disposal of USDA regulated foreign garbage. Require twice weekly pickup and disposal of USDA regulated foreign garbage for the period of 1 Feb 2012 through 30 Sep 2012 from 90 Ragsdale Street, building 987. Two weekly pickups required days to be determined. Estimated amount of garbage is 100-300 lbs per pickup. Contractor to provide (6) 45 Gallon containers for storage and transport of foreign garbage. Period of performance is 1 Feb 2012-31 Dec 2012. Pickup and disposal of USDA regulated foreign garbage: QTY: 68 pickups; Est 31,200 lbs. CLIN0001- TWO WEEKLY PICKUPS X 34 WEEKS CLIN0002-TWO WEEKLY REGUALTED GARBAGE DISPOSAL X 34 WEEKS The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: FAR 52.212-2 (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (Technical capability is either meeting or exceeding the requirements listed in CLIN 0001 & CLIN 0002), (ii) price, (iii) USDA APHIS approved vendor. Transportation to Travis AFB, CA 94535, is to be included in the quote. This award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
