- DODIIS Conference 2013 Statement of Work DODIIS Conference 2013 The Virginia Contracting Authority shall host an Industry Day at DIA HQ at Bolling AFB at 8:30 a.m. on January 20, 2012. Interested parties should email Andrew Johnson at Andrew.Johnson3@dodiis.mil by nlt 0900 January 19, 2012 to obtain Base Access Pass as follows: ALL ATTENDEE NAMES and necessary info based on IC status must be sent to Andrew Johnson. ***Max: 3 attendees per company. Registration will be 0730-0825. The Conference will commence promptly at 0830. Please allow plenty of time (approximately 1 hour) for entry on to base Visitor Center to obtain access pass, parking, walking.25 miles to DIA HQ and registration. A representative from VACA will meet you in the DIAC Visitors lobby for registration and badge issue (if applicable). NOTE: Interested parties must be in the lobby by NLT 0825 a.m. January 20, 2012. RSVP the appropriate bio-data to Andrew Johnson NLT 19-Jan-2012 0900 est. GREEN BADGE HOLDERS: RSVP Name and that you hold a GREEN IC Badge (Base and DIAC Bldg access) NON-IC BADGE HOLDERS, W/ CAC or MIL ID: RSVP NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, DOB (Base access) NON-IC BADGE HOLDERS, W/O CAC or MIL ID: RSVP NAME, SOCIAL SECUIRITY NUMBER, DOB, VEHICLE TAG/MAKE/MODEL. ***Please bring valid driver's license, insurance, and registration to the Visitor's Center through the South Gate. VISITORS - GREEN IC BADGE HOLDERS, CAC, OR MILITARY ID CARD HOLDERS (MAIN GATE) FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-95 north towards Baltimore. Cross the Woodrow Wilson Bridge leaving Virginia and take the first exit after the bridge, I-295 North to Washington DC. On I-295 take exit #2, Malcolm X Blvd, Bolling AFB. Loop around to the right, and turn right onto Malcolm X Blvd. Bolling's Main Gate is straight ahead. FROM THE NORTH: Take I-95 south toward Richmond. Before crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge take the I-295 exit to Washington, DC. On I-295 take exit #2, Malcolm X Blvd, Bolling AFB. Loop around to the right, and turn right onto Malcolm X Blvd. Bolling's Main Gate is straight ahead. FROM THE WEST: Take I-395 north, exit to I-295 south, take exit #2, Bolling AFB, Malcolm X Blvd. At the stoplight make a right hand turn onto Bolling AFB. VISITORS NEW TO BOLLING AFB (SOUTH GATE - VISITORS ENTRANCE) Directions to the South Gate (Visitors Center) From Virginia and Southern Maryland: Off the Beltway, take I-295 North to Washington, DC. Take Exit 1 for the Naval Research Lab. Come off the ramp, bear right, and turn right at the traffic light in front of the lab. That road takes you directly into the Bolling AFB South Gate and the Visitor's Center. From the Pentagon: Take I-395 North into Washington, DC to I-295 South towards Richmond. Take Exit 1 for the Naval Research Lab. Stay to the right, hugging the brick wall, until you get to the Bolling AFB South Gate. Turn right into the base. From North of the District: Take I-295 South towards Richmond. Take Exit 1 for the Naval Research Lab. Stay to the right, hugging the brick wall, until you get to the Bolling AFB South Gate. Turn right into the base. Directions from Visitors Center to Building 6000 Take a Left onto MacDill Blvd. Continue straight through one stop sign and two traffic signals. DIA will be on to the right and parking will be on your left. Enter through the new expansion building side (corner of Malcolm X and MacDill).
