- RFP for Accomodation to Host Acq Day 2012 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for proposals being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All amendments and any other official communications, if any, from the agency regarding this solicitation will be distributed via www.fbo.gov. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. Solicitation number XPNB-XY998-2 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). As a result of this solicitation, GSA anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract that is anticipated at a value under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold for the requirements detailed below. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels Services and the applicable size standard is $7 million.
