- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration intends to award contracts to State Agencies to assist in inspecting retail establishments that sell cigarettes and/or smokeless tobacco products and in surveillance of other agencies that fall under the scope of the provisions that will be cited in the Request for Proposal. The agency must be an agency or subdivision of a state, territory, local or tribal government that has the power to create, enforce or administer rules or policies that government the conduct of individuals or other private entities such as small business. This proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only state organizations under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. The subject Request for Proposal will be posted shortly.
