- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of pumping services for a grease interceptor tank for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562998 (size standard: $7.0 million), 562991 (size standard: $7.0 million) and 562219 (size standard: $12.5 million). The Government contemplates awarding of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a firm-fixed unit price resulting from the future solicitation. This requirement is for the pumping, transportation and disposal of all waste accumulated inside two grease interceptors located at the FMC for one year. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The response date for this sources sought is Friday, January 20, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. est. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. Please note: All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
