- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR H5 CERTIFICATION AND APPLICATION SUPPORT DATED 15 DEC 2011 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-personal services for all parts, tools, labor, transportation and materils to perform machicne certification and application support on Cincinnati Magnum H5-1000, Serial Number: ZF00A0405-0003. Qty: 1 Lot IAW the attached Performance Work Statement dated 15 Dec 2011 and the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate solicitation will not be issued. NAICS: 333298, SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 EMPLOYEES. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Requested Delivery is NLT 29 Feb 2012. In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors.
